Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service unless otherwise specified. We can also ship using 3rd party UPS or Federal Express Account numbers for a handling fee. Shipping costs vary by product. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges. This would also include multiple logo orders that may require items to be shipped separately and incur additional shipping charges. International Shipping

Club Colors' experienced shipping staff can ship to most foreign countries. Please allow extra time and additional costs for this service. A documentation fee of $25.00 will be added for each international destination. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the package destination and the shipping method, and we will determine actual freight costs once your order has been shipped. Packages shipped on a 3rd party shipping number will be charged a $4.95 handling fee per box per destination. Duties and taxes must be charged to your 3rd party shipper account number or billed to the recipient. Please note that we cannot bill the duties and taxes if your package is being delivered to a hotel. Please call or e-mail us for more information.

Tracking Your Package

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we have arranged for UPS and FedEx pick up from Club Colors as late as possible each day. Therefore, your order tracking number will be available by 9:00 a.m. CST on the day after your order ships. You can then track your package by clicking on My Orders within the My Account section. Select the order number that you would like to track. Next, click on the tracking number corresponding with your order. You will be automatically linked to the UPS or FedEx Web site and the exact status of your package will be displayed. Rush Orders

If you need your package to ship sooner than the stated turnaround time, please note this in the event date field. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm shipping options and additional express shipping costs if they are required to meet your event date. As always, Club Colors will make every effort possible to meet your date. We do not assess rush charges for this service; we simply require the order to ship via express shipping.

Privacy & Security


Club Colors believes in protecting your privacy. Club Colors agrees that any information provided by you to Club Colors through the Website will not be disclosed for commercial purposes to anyone outside of Club Colors. You consent to the use of your personal information by Club Colors in accordance with this Agreement for the purposes set forth herein. Please see additional information about our privacy policy, which is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement and describes our use and protection of nonpublic personal information. Reading our privacy policy will help you understand how we treat the personal information that we obtain from you or other sources in the course of providing you with products and services.


Club Colors utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in processing online transactions in order to encrypt personal and payment information. SSL incorporates strong encryption which can inhibit the unauthorized interception and access of your data. SSL requires a web browser that supports SSL.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied with a Club Colors Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). RMAs must be obtained within 45 days. There is a 15% restocking fee on program gift items returned within 45 days. Samples may be returned within 45 days with no restocking fee. Spec samples are not returnable.

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds for embroidered and custom items. Should your custom items be defective, you will be able to exchange the item(s) or obtain credit only when you return the items. Because these items are customized, there will be no exceptions to this policy. To allow us to properly credit your account, please adhere to the following procedures:

  • All original tags must remain attached to the garment.
  • Clothing must not be worn except for trying on.
  • Absolutely no returns/exchanges can be accepted for any reason later than 45 calendar days from the date your order shipped.



Each item will be richly decorated with your logo. The color combination as presented on the Web site will be used in the production process. However, due to variability in monitor settings, production colors may differ from your on-screen view. A logo set-up charge will be applied to your order for new logos. Additional charges will apply for logos over 7,000 stitches. (Note: most corporate logos are less than 7,000 stitches.) Minimum Order Quantities

All Club Colors apparel and luggage products can be ordered with a minimum of only one piece. Certain specialty items may require low minimum order quantities. The specific minimum order for each item is stated on the product detail page of this web site.

Checking Order Status

For each order placed through the Web site, we will immediately confirm receipt via e-mail to you. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, please contact us by phone at 800-249-2582 or email us.

Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

Credit Cards

Club Colors accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. This site utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology to encrypt your credit card information. SSL digitally encodes the numbers on your credit card to ensure the safest and most reliable transmission over the Internet.

Net 30-Day Terms

Net 30 days terms are available to pre-approved corporate accounts. If you have any questions on credit terms, please call your Procurement Department or our Accounting Department at (800) 249-2582 or email us. When prompted, enter your company issued account number in the provided fields. If you are using a company issued account number, your order will be held until we receive the company issued account number via fax at (800) 205-8348. Please reference your Internet order number on the fax copy.

Gift Certificates

Electronic gift certificates must be purchased and redeemed through the Club Colors Web site toward the purchase of products listed on the site.

Sales Tax

Residents of CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI are required to pay sales tax.


Inventory Levels

Club Colors maintains an inventory of over 500,000 blank apparel and specialty items in our warehouse in Schaumburg, Illinois. These items are decorated in-house by our embroidery and pad printing departments by utilizing our unique Just-In-Time decorating process. This process enables our customers to order custom and event logos with the same ease and responsiveness as standard corporate logos.


Club Colors contracts with the leading apparel mills that manufacture many high-end retail brands. Decorating quality is equally high as all logos are embroidered in-house using state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery equipment. In addition, we have a dedicated digitizer on staff to ensure fast turnaround and quality reproduction of your logo. Since we contract-manufacture most of the specialty items in our product line, we ensure that each product meets our high quality standards, which, in turn, will meet those of our customers. This "Under One Roof" approach ensures that our customers always receive the highest quality product available in the market.

Updating Account Information

The functions listed below are contained in my account. Simply select the my account icon on your navigation bar and you will have the ability to manage the information about your account including the following:

Change Account Information

This area allows the user to update personal information such as your e-mail address or your password. Please keep this information as current and applicable as possible. For security purposes, passwords should be changed frequently. When you select the function to change your password, you are prompted to enter your existing password as well as your new password twice. Click the Save button to save your changes.

Edit Newsletter Preferences

Select which newsletter groups you would like to opt-in or opt-out. Select the Save button to save your changes.

Edit or Delete Address Information

The Address Book section contains all previously used billing and shipping addresses. This area allows the user to edit or delete the addresses contained in their account. From the Address Book, select which address you would like to delete or edit. If deleting, simply select the delete button. If editing, select the edit button. This action will take you to another screen where you will make the necessary modifications. Select the Save Address button to save your changes.
