Forster / Tuncurry
The twin towns of Forster - Tuncurry and between the beautiful Wallis Lake and the Pacific Ocean. Offering extensive recreational waterways and fabulous surfing beaches, Tuncurry is also a perfect spot for deep sea, beach, rock, lake or spearfishing. Tuncurry rockpool is very popular with children and adults and has wheelchair access to the waters edge. Renowned for the huge succulent oysters, which are exported all over the world.
The twins are separated by a waterway famous for its easy fishing. Kids will love the abundance of activities designed especially for them, particularly the show rides that hit town each summer.
Forster's main beach is just a stone's throw from many accommodation options, or head out of town for more secluded beaches which literally stretch for miles.

Underwater Recommendations
Forster / Tuncurry is one of the top spots in Australia to dive with the Grey Nurse Sharks. There are also some interesting cave systems you can dive. When you want dive the caves you will need a guide to take you through.

About 4 hours drive north of Sydney, an easy destination for a weekend escape. All major bus companies drop off here.
